This development transformed a cold, damp three bedroom detached house into a large, roomy modern house perfect for family living.
We built two corner infill two storey extensions, one at the front and one at the back, replaced the rotten roof structure with its spray foam insulation with a trussed roof.
We completely remodelled the property to provide five bedrooms with two ensuites, family bathroom, study, living room, lounge, kitchen diner, utility room and cloakroom.
